Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship most orders within 3 business days of when you place your order. Once an order has been placed we can’t make any changes to the order, which includes changing the item, changing the shipping address or canceling the order. So please make sure everything is correct before placing the order.

If your order is late we can’t refund you, so please order early, especially if you use standard shipping. If you choose one of the guaranteed shipping options and the order is late because Fedex made a mistake we should be able to refund you shipping (but not the stole).

We ship to Canada and we use the US Post Office.  To see the shipping cost, add the items you want to the shopping cart and on the shopping cart page you can get a shipping quote. Any duty or tax owed is paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We have no way to know if anything will be owed and how much.

Shipping Rates:

For Individual Orders:

Standard Shipping: is $7 for the first stole and $1 extra for each additional stole. Standard shipping is usually done with the post office and can take anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks to get to you. If you choose standard shipping and the post office says the package was delivered and you never got it or stoles are damaged all claims must be made and taken up with the post office. Sorority Stole Store is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, incorrect delivery, fraud or theft. Sorority Stole Store will not be able to resend or refund your order.

Guaranteed shipping options: is options are FedEx ground, 1, 2 and 3 day service, the price of which is quoted in the checkout process. FedEx ground will be delivered within 5 business days from when it’s shipped. FedEx 3 day takes 3 business days. Fedex 2 day takes 2 business days and FedEx overnight takes 1 business day. Please note, business days are not weekends or major holidays and it can take up to 3 business days to ship your order.

For Group Orders:

If you order more then 12 stoles then shipping is free. Shipping is done via FedEx ground and once we ship your order you should have it within 5 business days. However, many times group orders don’t ship within the 3 business days of when you place your order as we make them and don’t pull them from our inventory if we are running low. If you need you order within 3 weeks of when you place it, please contact us and let us know when you need it to make sure that we can get it to you by that date before you order.

RETURNS

All items that we sell are final sale and we are not able to accept returns or refunds. If your order is late we can’t refund you, so please order early. If you choose a guaranteed shipping option and the order is late because FedEx made a mistake we should be able to refund your shipping.

However, if we make a mistake we will get you the correct product or refund you, whichever you would prefer. If a mistake happens, please email us at cs@sororitystolestore.com or fill out the ‘contact us’ form within 3 business days of when you receive your order. When doing so, please include your order number, what stole you received and what you would like us to do.

If you believe that your stole is defective, please contact us within 3 business days of when you received you order and let us know what you feel is wrong with the stole. Please either email us at cs@sororitystolestore.com or fill out the ‘contact us’ form on the website. Please let us know your order number and what you feel is wrong. We may need you to send a picture. Damage caused when opening the package (i.e. cutting the stoles with a knife or scissors) is not a defect and we won’t be able to replace or refund you so please take care with opening packages.
